YOGA: Vinyasa is the synchronization of breath with movement, and in vinyasa classes postures are linked together in a continuous and challenging flow.
STEP: Interval method - some the heart rate is at its peak and others bring it down. This class can burn anywhere from 500-700 calories in one hour and always ends with lower, upper, and core strength training. Anyone can take this class from the beginner to the advanced. Come and experience a true kick-butt workout!
Functional Fitness: This class combines aerobic, flexibility, and strength training in a positive, energizing environment. We include exercises that are designed to increase flexibility, joint stability, balance, coordination, agility, muscular strength, and cardiovascular endurance.
