Our nationally recognized group fitness classes such as Body Pump™ and Beyond Barre™ are taught by certified professionals who will educate, motivate, and keep you accountable. Additional classes such as Spin, Yoga, and Boomers are taught by instructors trained, certified and coached in their various disciplines. We continually strive to have classes that fit a multitude of needs and adjust our schedule accordingly!

This full-body barbell workout will burn calories, shape and tone your entire body, increase core strength and improve bone health. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
More intense than riding a stationary bike, indoor cycling classes vary in intensity with different body positions (i.e., standing versus sitting), pedal speed, and resistance. Classes can also include stretching and weight work. Spin class puts things in full gear with music, control over resistance and speed, and overall intensity.
These classes are specifically designed for our Boomer population, but are also great for those rehabbing after a surgery or illness. Classes focus on muscle stretching, range of motion, core balance and stability, and strength. Classes can either be taken seated or standing, and are adaptable to meet your needs.
Beyond Barre™ is a unique body transforming cardio skating infused ballet barre workout that combines body sculpting, muscle lengthening, cardio intervals for a fat-burning workout. It includes barre work to sculpt the thighs, weights to tone the arms, ab work to narrow the waist, and a glideboard for fun cardio!
A great way to work on your flexibility, strength, better posture, breathing, lower stress, be more calm, and do something good for your heart.
A form of conditioning or resistance training, Circuit classes use high-intensity exercises focusing on strength building and muscular endurance. An exercise "circuit" is one completion of all different exercises in the program. Each exercise targets a specific body area.
Step and Kickboxing
Both of these classes focus on cardio and strength. Step is a fast, cardio workout with fun music to keep the pace. Step is offered during the week. Kickboxing, complete with heavy bags, includes elements of boxing, martial arts, and fun cardio. Kickboxing is offered on Saturdays.
